From NH State Council on the Arts’ Partners...

New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) announces the next  New England States Touring (NEST) grant deadline: December 1, 2010

New England States Touring (NEST) grants provide support to nonprofit organizations based in New England for community-related activities and performances  featuring New England performing artists from outside of the applicant/presenter's state.
These grants provide a wonderful opportunity for NH organizations to feature artists from our neighboring states.  To get ideas on artists to feature, go to NEFA’s networking resource: www.matchbook.org

NEST grants also provide an opportunity for NH performing artists to tour the New England region.  Interested NH artists should contact NEFA for information on how to connect with presenters in the region. Contact Adrienne Petrillo, Program Manager, Presenting & Touring at (617) 951-0010 x527 or by emailing: presentingtouring@nefa.org

Eligibility: Any nonprofit, school, or government entity based in New England (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont) is eligible to apply for a NEST grant.

Deadline: December 1, 2010 for projects beginning on or after March 1, 2011.
